SHIPPING POLICY

1. OVERVIEW

This Shipping Policy explains how TicketRelay delivers tickets purchased on ticket-relay.com.

TicketRelay sells digital tickets only. No physical items are shipped.

2. DIGITAL DELIVERY METHOD

Tickets are delivered digitally as QR codes (or equivalent electronic ticket format), typically via:

  • Email to the address used at checkout, and/or

  • Your customer account/order page on the Site (if available for your order)

3. DELIVERY TIMING (14–7 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT)

To reduce fraud and comply with event release practices, tickets are generally delivered between 14 and 7 days before the event date.

Exact delivery timing depends on the event, the venue/organizer release schedule, and operational verification checks.

4. WHY DELIVERY IS CLOSER TO THE EVENT

Tickets are often released closer to the event by organizers, and delayed delivery helps:

  • Reduce resale/QR duplication fraud

  • Ensure the most up-to-date ticket format and entry rules

  • Limit invalid/voided ticket circulation

5. ORDER CONFIRMATION

After purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation is not your ticket. Your ticket(s) will be delivered separately according to the timing in Section 3.

6. IMPORTANT CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for:

  • Entering a valid email address at checkout

  • Checking spam/junk folders and email filters

  • Ensuring you can receive emails (mailbox not full, correct domain allowances)

  • Keeping your ticket QR codes confidential

7. IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR TICKETS

If you have not received your tickets by 7 days before the event, contact us immediately:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Purchaser name

  • Email used at checkout

  • Event name and event date

8. DELIVERY ISSUES CAUSED BY INCORRECT INFORMATION

TicketRelay is not responsible for delivery failures caused by:

  • Incorrect email address provided at checkout

  • Email provider blocking delivery

  • Customer’s spam filtering rules

  • Failure to check inbox/spam folders

We will still attempt reasonable support to help locate and re-send tickets where possible.

9. NO SHIPPING FEES

Because delivery is digital, there are no shipping charges unless explicitly stated at checkout for a specific service.
