Events subject to special terms & conditions of sale

Some events impose specific rules (use, transfer, resale). These come from the organizer and must be respected.
It depends on the event’s terms. Check the information attached to your ticket, or contact support if unclear.

Fan Wallet: your smartphone becomes your ticket

Your ticket is stored on your phone. On the event day, present the QR code at the entrance (no printing needed).
If the event allows it, you can transfer your ticket from your account/ticket to another user.

Official fan-to-fan resale (AccesConcerts)

A secure channel allowing a fan to resell to another fan, with checks and issuance of a valid ticket for the buyer.
From your account, open the relevant order and start the resale listing. Set your price, then publish.
Tickets listed go through a verification process. After purchase, the buyer receives a usable ticket.
As long as the ticket hasn’t been sold, you can remove the listing from your account.
Contact the resale team: they can explain the available options depending on the event.

How to pick up my tickets in store?

Bring your order confirmation and a valid ID matching the name on the reservation.

What if my event is cancelled or postponed?

If the event is cancelled, the handling (refund/credit) follows the policy announced for that event.
If the event is postponed, tickets usually remain valid for the new date (unless stated otherwise).

How to manage my customer account?

Log in and open “My orders” to view your purchase history and access your tickets.
In “Settings”, you can update personal information, password, and communication preferences.

How to book tickets?

1) Find the event 2) Select seats & prices 3) Add to cart 4) Log in / create an account 5) Secure checkout 6) Receive your tickets.

How to track my orders?

In your account, order status is updated (processing, delivered, tickets available, etc.).
Emails may be sent for each important step (confirmation, availability, etc.).

How to choose seats on the venue map?

Use the seating plan to zoom, view details, and select available seats.

E-Ticket / M-Ticket: how does it work?

Your ticket arrives as a PDF by email: you can print it or show it on your phone at the entrance.
Mobile ticket: access via wallet/app, scanned directly at the gate.

Cancellation insurance: how does it work?

Optional coverage for certain valid reasons (depending on the contract). Documents and deadlines vary by insurer.

Presales: what are they for?

Presales give access to ticketing before the public on-sale (often with a code or membership/registration).

What is the Platinum program?

Premium offer providing perks (depending on event): better categories, VIP options, add-ons, etc.

AccesConcert gift cards

The gift card is applied at checkout: enter the code to deduct the amount from your order total.

Billetcollector™: a souvenir ticket for fans

A “collector” option: a personalized souvenir ticket (limited edition) to keep a memory of your event.
